The Apartment
Spread over two levels, the apartment offers spacious and comfortable accommodation, ideal for families or groups of friends.
On the ground floor, guests will find a bright living area with a lounge and kitchen, furnished in a practical yet cosy style. Part of the living room can be separated to create an additional single bedroom. This floor also includes a double bedroom with private bathroom and a further bathroom.
On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with a French-style double bed and private bathroom, as well as an open-plan bedroom with two single beds.
The interiors feature a warm, traditional style that blends perfectly with the surrounding rural landscape.
Outdoor Spaces
The apartment has a private terrace equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying al fresco breakfasts, lunches and dinners. A barbecue is also available, allowing guests to make the most of warm summer evenings outdoors.
The large shared garden surrounding the farmhouse is beautifully maintained, with the same attention to detail found throughout the interiors. It provides plenty of space to relax, unwind and enjoy the peaceful countryside setting.
By the shared outdoor swimming pool, guests will find sun loungers and parasols, ideal for spending relaxing days in the sunshine. The garden also features a children's play area and a table tennis table.
Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The 1st bedroom is furnished with a wrought-iron double bed, a wardrobe and enjoys and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: The 2nd mezzanine-style bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
Bedroom 3: The cosy attic bedroom is furnished with a double bed and also enjoys a private ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 4: The 4th bedroom is positioned adjacent to the main living area and is furnished with a single wrought-iron bed, a chest of drawers and French doors that open onto the terrace.
Bathrooms
Bathroom 1: The 1st ensuite bathroom serving the main double bedroom is fitted with a shower, a bidet, a washbasin and a WC.
Bathroom 2: The 2nd ensuite bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washbasin and a WC.
Bathroom 3: The elegant ground-floor bathroom features tiled finishes and is fitted with a shower, a bidet, a washbasin and a WC.

Tourist tax: €2 per person per day (maximum 5 days), for guests over 10 years old, payable locally.
Air conditioning: €10 per day, payable at the time of booking.
Final cleaning: €40 per stay, payable at the time of booking.
Security deposit: For groups where guests are under 21 years of age, a €350 security deposit is required and must be paid on arrival.
