+ Schönes Appartment in einem gepflegten Mehrfamilienhaus in sehr guter, zentraler Lage, Stellplatz fürs Auto in der Tiefgarage, 2 Aufzüge im Haus, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr angenehme, kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe, sehr gute Anreiseinformationen über den Anbieter, bis auf das Schlafsofa (s.u.) alles sehr sauber
- die Matratze des Schlafsofas hatte 2 große Flecken, vielleicht war einmal ein Getränk auf dem Sofa ausgelaufen, doch so ein Zustand ist ein No Go. Es gab keinen Garderobenh... aken für Jacken Show more

La posizione e’ molto comoda se muniti di auto . L’appartamento è bello , il parcheggio comodo , la terrazza con la vista sui monti , gli spazi sono comodi anche per un soggiorno in 3 persone

Das Gebäude ist modern.
Alles war sauber und vorhanden wie beschrieben und hat funktioniert.
Die Lage ist sehr gut – man braucht kein Auto, um sich in Lugano zu bewegen.
Ebenfalls gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und auch Restaurants.
Die Garage ist ebenfalls modern und man hat genug Platz.
Schlüssel holen und abgeben war problemlos, der Kontakt über SMS hat tadellos funktioniert.
Wir würden Ihnen aber empfehlen, im ganzen Gebäude inkl. Balkon das Rauchen zu verbieten mit einer In... formation am Eingang.
Die Balkone sind nur durch 1 Scheibe getrennt.
Wenn der Nachbar raucht, riecht man das sofort.
Wohnzimmer-Türe zum Balkon und Schlafzimmer-Fenster muss man dann leider schliessen.

Le mie valutazioni sul periodo trascorso presso l'appartamento Prestige Du lac 27 sono assolutamente positive: ho soggiornato in tutto 12 notti ed ho trovato un appartamento bello e pulito, assolutamente fornito di tutto la cucina, bagno pulitissimo e nuovissimo, facilità e chiarezza nelle indicazioni nel trovare le chiavi, location centrale, meraviglioso.
Inizialmente la televisione non funzionava ed ad un certo punto anche Internet ha smesso di funzionare, ma con la veloce assistenza ed ind... icazioni del personale di Lugano (in particolare un ringraziamento a Ivan, Nico e Christian per la disponibilità anche di domenica!) tutto è stato risolto velocemente e senza perder tempo.
La struttura dove si trova l'appartamento è fornita di palestra e sauna che non ho potuto utilizzare per l'emergenza pandemica ma che offre punti in piu' a questo bellissimo appartamento! Consiglio di soggiornarci, io sicuramente ritornero'. Show more SaraReviewed On: 26.02.2019
Good day.
The apartment was perfect from the equipment, except no TV. Unfortunately it was too far from the station and the centre for me. At this location it had a big Coop and a gas station that was great. The garage was very modern and safe. The people at Happy Holiday Homes were very helpful and friendly.
