We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Curate Urio. The apartment was very roomy, plenty of bedrooms and baths and the view ............ just stupendous. It was also a nice respite from the busier areas. Perfect for a family or group of friends, the porch was the cherry on the cake. Highly recommend!!

This is a very nice apartment well located for a wedding in Laglio with events in Como and Cernobbio. The apartment was very spacious with comfortable rooms. View of the lake we fantastic and we enjoyed the restaurant on the first floor. There is not a dedicated parking space but we did not have any issues finding parking nearby.

Beautiful flat apartment in Uri Carate, very laid back place just about 20 minutes drive from center of Como so you will need to have a car or scooter to be able to get around freely or you can choose to take the ferry (we had a car and scooters). We had some issues with using the stove and air condition units but they were taken care of right away. I recommend this place.

Just got home from an incredible stay at Lake Como. We were a group of 8 adults and one 2-yr old. The rooms were perfect for our stay, and as much as this is an apartment, we felt like we each had our own private, quiet space. The views are gorgeous and the entire process was easy. The Happy Holiday Homes rental agency was very easy to work with and extremely communicative and helpful in planning the trip. This was well worth the money, was a GREAT apartment and rental company, and w... e LOVED our stay. Thanks for a fantastic time.”

Incredible view of the lake and beautiful interior. Ample space with a full functioning kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and parking was, for the most part, available. The bathrooms need trash cans as well. The location is fantastic and very scenic

It is a very beautiful, very modern & very big flat at the Lake of Como! There is no comfort missing. From the terrace you have a great view on the lake. It is a twenty minutes drive away from the city of Como, which is a beautiful sweet place too, with nice restaurants & good shopping-possibilities. Carate Urio, the place where the flat actually is, is a very quiet small village - the people we met there are nice & helpful. There are some restaurants, cafés and a very ti... ny shop.
