What a great location in Varenna! The apartment seems a bit tucked away at first, but once inside, it is spacious, updated, clean and very comfortable. Make sure to take advantage of the shared terrace and it's spectacular view in the early evening. And make a reservation at the restaurant below (Al Prato) as soon as you arrive because they fill up...it's fabulous!

An apartment in a fantastic location, overlooking a charming square and lake. There is a very good restaurant on the ground floor of the building. The property has a viewing terrace from which you can take the best photos of the Varenna panorama. In addition, the apartment is clean, spacious, and has all the necessary amenities. The apartment is centrally located in Varenna but in a quiet corner. It has everything you need for a holiday.
The apartment was clean and spacious and had 2 bedroom however we only need 1. The living area was very spacious, the kitchen was well equipped and, the lounge was comfortable and the bathroom with a washing machine was very good. There was a “welcome food box” to help us with the first night and morning which was very much appreciated. Thank you so much to the property managers. A delightful stay. Would highly recommend. The Al Prato restaurant,below the apartments, was a real find. The best meal I have ever had. Beautiful food, great menu, lovely staff, terrific location … you should make a booking before you arrive if you can.

The apartment is beautiful with everything you would need. The location is just fabulous. Near to everything. It has an outside terrace which overlooks the Lake and is a dream to sit out on in the evening.

The situation of the apartment was only a few yards from the edge of the lake close to the main square and restaurants. There is a veranda where the views are tremendous however is not shown on the booking advert. We spent several hours mainly on a night looking over to the lake. It is so peaceful after 10pm at night that we really relaxed on an evening after our meal. I have stayed at Bellagio in the past however this apartment far exceeded the other. Not too far a walk to and from the ferry and train station. Do yourself a favour and hire a boat for 3 hours to see the lake from the water, well worth the money

Amazing location, very close to everything. Very clean. WiFi did not work and there was no welcome folder or paper to share WiFi info. Would definitely stay again.

Home was clean, as advertised and in an excellent location. The place was hard to find though. Maybe nothing can be done about that because of the town and streets, but perhaps pictures to the entrance or if you note landmarks to look for. Also, it would be helpful for the wifi login to be on the main info sheet that is shared with the renters. Since we are from foreign country, wifi is a huge asset and we can't easily communicate without it.

The apartment was good only one thing missing there are no mirrors to get your hair and makeup done. We were there for a wedding and couldn't check what we looked like. There was a lovely terrace overlooking the lake no mention of it.

LOVED the location!!!! It was the perfect location. We enjoyed sitting on the patio off the parking lot and watching the scenery as the sun set. The place was clean. It was nice to have hair dryer. It was also nice to have the bottles of water and wine. It was welcoming.

Apartment is in a great location, walking distance to everything in Varenna. Apartment has a spacious kitchen, living area. Shower can slow to a trickle and WIFI was not working when we were there although was in the process of getting fixed and refund was given for WiFi component of stay.

The room is superb and clean. The location ia great, We can walk to the lake. the view point from the apart is fantastic. Recommended place to stay when you visit Varenna.

Excellent, central location in Varenna. Easy to get anywhere in town from Piazza di Prato. Varenna is a beautiful alternative to Bellagio. We went over to Bellagio for a couple of day visits, easy 10 minute ferry ride, nice to come back to the relative quiet of Varenna, beautiful and serene.
