This apartment features a large shared fenced garden, a fenced swimming pool with a sunbathing area, and a children’s playground. For family entertainment, there is a table tennis table and a table football game. The farmhouse also offers a shared barbecue area with an outdoor dining area.
The Prato apartment is located on the ground floor of a renovated barn (the adjacent unit is ID 14353 Fontana) and opens onto an open-plan living area furnished with a sofa bed and flat-screen satellite TV. It also includes a dining area and a kitchenette equipped with a drip coffee maker, moka pot, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator.
The apartment has a private entrance and a private furnished outdoor terrace with a parasol, table and chairs for al fresco dining, as well as 2 sun loungers for relaxing in the sun.

The property is located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, in the province of Florence, between Castelfiorentino and Certaldo, the birthplace of Boccaccio.
This central location makes it easy to reach many of Tuscany’s cultural highlights, including Siena (50 minutes by car), Florence (1 hour by car), Pisa (50 minutes by car) and Lucca (1 hour by car). The beautiful Tuscan coast is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes away by car, with the famous beaches of Versilia.
Nearby, guests can visit: Certaldo, with its funicular railway and breathtaking views (10 minutes by car), Castelfiorentino (10 minutes by car), San Gimignano (25 minutes by car) and Volterra (45 minutes by car). There is also a swimmable lake just 3 minutes away by car or 20 minutes on foot, while the Castello di Oliveto winery is 2 minutes away by car or 10 minutes on foot.
