The apartment is situated on the 1st and 2nd floors of a 3-storey building that's reached via a stone-paved alley, with a ramp and 15 steps. The property is the ideal choice for a family or small groups of friends and enjoys a pretty balcony that offers breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Here, guests can bask in the sun, dine alfresco or simply enjoy a morning coffee.
Inside, the spacious living room features picture windows with lake views, comfortable sofas and a smart flatscreen TV. A dining room, situated between the kitchen and the living room, is furnished with a solid wood table for 6 people. A staircase in the dining room leads to the bathrooms on the upper floor. The separate kitchen is equipped with a Moka coffee machine, a cooker hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a full-sized fridge freezer. Behind the kitchen, there is a very practical storage cupboard and a door leading into the main part of the large old stone farmhouse; this door also serves as an alternative to the main entrance

Visitirs can then use the free shuttle n.8 heading to Costa di Mezzo area. The nearest bus stop is Brissago - Bellavista - SerD.
