Mi è piaciuta la vicinanza al porto, vicinissimo a tutto per chi vuole visitare il centro di Genova e l'acquario. Mi è piaciuto il soppalco e la pulizia interna generale. Non mi è piaciuto il degrado all'esterno del vicolo e stradine intorno (non è colpa di nessuno ma giusto avvisare, io non lo sapevo), il telecomando senza batteria, e le dotazioni insufficienti di shampoo e sapone (2 monodosi per 4 persone 3 notti). Appena arrivati, dopo 8 di viaggio sono uscito a cercare un negozio per comprare un minimo di materiale per lavarsi. Una volta lavati abbiamo scoperto che non funzionava il phon. Non mi era mai capitato.
