The open-plan living space includes 2 sofas, a fireplace, a large flatscreen TV and a dining table. Two sets of glass doors open onto the private balconies. The larger balcony has a sofa and armchairs where guests can relax, enjoying their peaceful surroundings. On the smaller balcony, there is a small table and chairs for snacks al fresco.
Back indoors, the kitchen is separated from the dining area by a convenient breakfast bar. The sleek, modern kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American-style fridge, freezer and a coffee machine.

The villa is in a very quiet location, but just a 5-minute drive to the heart of the town and the lakeside.
Stresa is best known for its grand Art Deco villas and elegant hotels. Its lakefront promenade gives visitors the perfect location for admiring both the lake and the town. Stresa hosts many international cultural festivals, including cinematic and musical events throughout the year.
The Borromean Islands make a wonderful day out. Visitors can discover beautiful villas, gardens and churches. There are regular ferries to the islands from Stresa.
For self-catering, Stresa’s market (Friday mornings) is a treasure trove for the best local produce. Otherwise, there are many excellent grocery shops and supermarkets close by.
Milan’s international Malpensa airport is a 55-minute drive.
