The villa sits in a peaceful valley crossed by the River Serchio and the Freddana stream, between the Tyrrhenian coast and the Apuan Alps, right alongside the Via Francigena. You will be welcomed by professional and attentive owners who will make you feel right at home—the perfect setting for special events and experiences.
The Villa has been meticulously renovated and furnished by the owner, with great attention to detail, resulting in a very warm and comfortable atmosphere. Single entrance – Two independent apartments (not internally connected).
Ground Floor: Living room with sofa bed and Smart TV; fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge, chest freezer, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle), dining table and chairs, access to the furnished terrace for al fresco dining, and a hot tub. Two large, bright double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
First Floor Apartment: Accessed via 20 comfortable steps. Small games room equipped with a toaster, electric kettle, filter coffee machine, and a small electric oven. Well-equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs (gas hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer).
The Host maintains a private room on the ground floor with a shared main entrance, but with an independent door on the opposite side to the ground-floor apartment entrance. The host is only present at night to provide support if needed, guaranteeing maximum discretion to ensure a peaceful and private stay.

This property also stands out for its dedication to your four-legged friends: a fenced exercise area with a pool, a relaxation lounge to share with them, and a grooming kit including a shower and a "Dog Welcome Kit."

Please note: The final 140 metres of the access road are gravel; it is mandatory to drive slowly as the road is narrow with passing places.
