This apartment has been renovated and furnished with great care and attention by the owners, resulting in a very cosy and comfortable living space. Shared entrance – Independent access; 20 comfortable steps lead to the first floor: a games room equipped with a toaster, electric kettle, American-style coffee machine and small electric oven; Well-equipped kitchen with dining area (gas hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, toaster, bread maker, juicer, air fryer, ozone water purifier, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer).In the garden, there is a private furnished area for pleasant breakfasts and lunches al fresco.
The host has a private room on the ground floor, with a separate entrance on the opposite side to the apartment entrance, which is also on the ground floor. The host is only present at night to assist you should you need anything, with the utmost discretion guaranteed, to ensure you have a peaceful and private stay.

Security Deposit = €450 in cash, payable on arrival, for groups of guests under the age of 21;
Cleaning and Linen = €320 per stay, payable at the time of booking;
Tourist Tax = €3.50 per person per day, payable only for the first 3 consecutive nights, children under 14 are exempt, to be paid at the time of booking;
Check-in = between 4 pm and 7 pm, Check-out between 8 am and 10 am; alternative times may be arranged by prior agreement.
N.B. The last 140 metres of the road are gravel; it is essential
to drive slowly as the road is narrow and there is limited space to pass.
