The apartment has been renovated and furnished with great care and attention by the owner, resulting in very welcoming and comfortable spaces. Single entrance - Ground Floor: living room with sofa bed and Smart TV; fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, electric Moka pot, blender, toaster, electric kettle, juicer); two spacious and bright double bedrooms; bathroom with shower. The kitchen opens onto a delightful private patio furnished for al fresco dining with a parasol and barbecue, a lounge area, and a hot tub for relaxing. Private outdoor washing machine.

2 bedrooms with double beds, coat racks, smart TVs, and phones.
Bathroom:
1 bathroom with toilet, sink, bidet, shower, and phone, magnifying mirror, and hair straightener.
The villa is set within a well-maintained communal garden, furnished for pleasant moments of relaxation, featuring an old wood-fired oven and a play area for both adults and children. The host has a private room on the ground floor, with a shared entrance and a separate entrance on the opposite side to your apartment’s entrance. The host is only present at night to assist you if needed, with the utmost discretion guaranteed, to ensure you have a peaceful and private stay.

Extra Costs
Security Deposit = €450 in cash, payable on arrival, for groups under the age of 21;
Cleaning and linen = €250 per stay, payable at the time of booking;
Tourist tax = €3.50 per person per day, payable only for the first 3 consecutive nights, children under 14 exempt, to be paid at the time of booking;
Check-in = between 4 pm and 7 pm, check-out between 8 am and 10 am; alternative times may be arranged by prior agreement.
N.B.: The last 140 metres of the road are gravel; you must drive slowly as the road is narrow and there is limited space to pass.
