The farmhouse consists of two apartments that are not connected internally. One is on the ground floor with access from the veranda. The other is on the first floor, accessible via a convenient external staircase. Both have an entrance that opens onto a large open space divided between a dining area with a fireplace and a kitchenette with a window, 4 gas hobs, extractor hood, fridge with freezer, toaster and electric kettle.

Location
The property is located in a wonderful spot in Tuscany, in the heart of the Maremma region. From here, you can reach the most beautiful destinations throughout the year thanks to the mild climate. There are picturesque cave settlements, medieval villages and fortifications (Pitigliano 5 km, Sovana 11 km and Sorano 13 km), centuries of history and all the flavours of a generous land that produces oil and wine of the highest quality. We are in the south of the Tuscan Maremma, on the border with Tuscia in Lazio and Umbria, a stone's throw from Lake Bolsena (30 km), the thermal baths of Saturnia (27 km) and Sorano (13 km), and Orvieto (50 km). To spend wonderful days at the beach, visit the main towns of Monte Argentario: Porto Ercole (66 km), Porto S. Stefano (65 km), and Talamone (65 km). You can go on guided excursions (just ask the owner when you arrive), trekking and cultural days, among the Etruscan cave roads, impenetrable woods and thermal waters. Between July and early September, you can take part in night walks in the vineyard with the owner. From March to October, you can observe butterflies on your own in a dedicated area within the property.
In Pitigliano (5 km), you will find shops, services, and excellent restaurants. The nearest airport is Leonardo da Vinci in Rome, about a 2-hour drive away.
