We are located in the heart of Tuscany, in a village where two rural farmhouses have been divided into nine apartments, in the beautiful Chianti countryside, a short distance from Florence, Pisa and Siena.
The shared garden and swimming pool are well maintained and equipped for relaxation and leisure. The swimming pool is fenced with a sunbathing area. The farmhouse offers a shared barbecue area, a large veranda equipped with sofas and board games, and a reading corner. In the village, there is a shop selling local products and a restaurant where you can book breakfast and enjoy typical Tuscan cuisine.
This solution offers two apartments: one with two bedrooms and the other with one bedroom, accommodating up to seven people. Both have independent access. The two apartments share a panoramic balcony equipped for outdoor dining, which can be accessed from both bedrooms.
An external staircase leads to the apartment on the first floor, furnished in rustic style with terracotta floors and wooden beams. Cosy and functional, it has a kitchen with a fireplace, a dining area with table and chairs, and a kitchenette equipped with a 4-burner gas hob, electric oven, electric kettle and fridge with freezer. One bedroom leads to a panoramic balcony furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining.
An internal staircase, shared with another flat, leads to the second floor: a large, bright kitchen with a fireplace and dining area. The kitchenette is equipped with a 4-burner gas hob, extractor hood, microwave oven, fridge with freezer and electric kettle. The living room has a sofa bed for one person. The double bedroom opens onto a balcony equipped for outdoor dining.

Additional costs
A tourist tax of €1/day per person (over 14 years old) for a maximum of 6 days is payable at the time of booking.
Cleaning fee = €100 per stay, payable at the time of booking.

Pets = Max 1 pet per apartment, €20 per stay, payable at the time of booking.
Camping cot = €20 per stay, payable at the time of booking.
Heating = €15 per day, payable on site to the owner.
A refundable security deposit of €400 must be paid in cash upon check-in for groups under 21.
Check-in time is between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, while check-out time is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Any other check-in/out times must be agreed upon in advance.

NB: The farmhouse is located 800 meters from the main road along a dirt road.
Location
The estate is nestled in the tranquil Tuscan hills, less than 10 minutes from the center of Castelfiorentino, where guests can find shops and a supermarket. The local market is held on Saturday mornings.
The property is wonderfully located, allowing guests access to some of Tuscany's most beautiful places. Just a 35-minute drive from the hilltop town of San Gimignano, 1 hour from the center of Florence, 1 hour from Siena, 1 hour and 10 minutes from Pisa with its Leaning Tower, and for "Twilight" fans, Volterra (45 minutes), a charming town with Etruscan roots, is just a short drive away.
Nearby are wonderful hiking and cycling trails that will immerse you in the woods and beautiful Tuscan countryside.
For a trendy shopping experience, the Il Leccio outlet (1 hour and 10 minutes' drive) offers a wide range of designer labels: Fendi, Etro, Gucci, and many more. Active guests will find tennis courts in Castelfiorentino (10 minutes) and a golf course at FootGolf in San Miniato (30 minutes).
Florence International Airport is just a 45-minute drive from the property, while Pisa Airport is a 1-hour drive away.
