Outside, there is a private terrace furnished with a table, chairs and a parasol for al fresco dining. The swimming pool is fenced with a sunbathing area. The farmhouse offers a shared barbecue area, a large veranda equipped with sofas and board games, and a reading corner. In the village, there is a shop selling local products and a restaurant where you can book breakfast and enjoy typical Tuscan cuisine.

Please note: The farmhouse is accessed via an 800-metre dirt road from the main road.

Within easy driving distance are some of Tuscany’s most iconic destinations: San Gimignano (35 minutes), Volterra (45 minutes), Florence (1 hour), Siena (1 hour), and Pisa (1 hour 10 minutes). The surrounding area offers excellent hiking and cycling opportunities through vineyards and wooded landscapes. For shopping, the Il Leccio outlet is about 1 hour and 10 minutes away, while tennis courts (10 minutes) and a golf course in San Miniato (30 minutes) provide active leisure options.
Florence International Airport is approximately a 45-minute drive, while Pisa Airport can be reached in about 1 hour.
