Located within one of two traditional farmhouses in a small countryside village, the property forms part of a carefully restored complex that has been divided into nine comfortable holiday apartments.
The rustic-style flat accommodates up to five guests and features warm, authentic interiors with classic terracotta floors and beautiful wooden beam ceilings, creating a cosy and welcoming Tuscan atmosphere. The apartment includes two comfortable bedrooms and a functional living space, making it ideal for families or small groups seeking a peaceful countryside escape.
The kitchenette is well equipped for self-catering and includes five gas hobs, an extractor hood, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, an electric kettle, and a fridge with freezer. A dining table and chairs provide a pleasant space for enjoying meals together.
Outside, guests can relax on the private terrace, furnished with a table and chairs — perfect for alfresco dining while enjoying the tranquil hillside surroundings.
The property is set within large, beautifully maintained grounds featuring a shared garden and a fenced swimming pool with a sunbathing area. Additional shared amenities include a barbecue area, a spacious veranda with comfortable sofas, board games, and a quiet reading corner. Guests can also enjoy table tennis in the common area.
Within the property, a small shop sells local Tuscan products, and a restaurant offers the option to book breakfast and savour authentic regional cuisine. Ideally located in the Chianti region, the property also provides easy access to the famous cities of Florence, Pisa, and Siena.

The beautiful city of Pisa, home to the famous Leaning Tower, is about 1 hour and 10 minutes away. Fans of the Twilight saga may also wish to visit Volterra, located around 45 minutes from the estate, a fascinating town with ancient Etruscan origins and charming stone streets.
