Two cozy, internally connected apartments for up to 7 people, ideal for a large family or friends who want to share their vacation together without sacrificing their privacy. We are in the heart of Tuscany, within a hamlet where two rural farmhouses have been divided into 9 apartments, nestled in the splendid Chianti landscape, a short distance from Florence, Pisa, and Siena.
The garden and shared pool are well-maintained and equipped for relaxation and recreation. The fenced pool has a sunbathing area. The farmhouse offers a shared barbecue area, a large veranda furnished with sofas and board games, and a reading corner. The hamlet also features a shop selling local products and a restaurant where guests can book breakfast and enjoy traditional Tuscan cuisine.
This unit consists of two apartments connected internally, both with independent access from the ground floor. One ground-floor apartment offers a kitchenette with a dining area and a living area with a single bed. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas stove, a microwave oven, a refrigerator with freezer, and an electric kettle. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, which features an open-plan double bedroom and a bathroom. From here, a door leads to a twin bedroom in the second apartment, which also features a kitchen with a dining area with a table and chairs, a large fireplace, a kitchenette with a four-burner gas stove, a small electric oven, a coffee machine, a refrigerator, and an electric kettle. From the corridor where the second bedroom and bathroom are located, a door leads to a small, panoramic terrace. A further 17 steps lead down to the garden.
Outside, a private terrace is furnished with a table, chairs, and an umbrella for al fresco dining.

Heating: €15 per day, payable on site to the owner.
A refundable security deposit of €400 must be paid in cash upon check-in for groups under 21 years old.
Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM, while check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Any other check-in/out times must be agreed upon in advance.

Location
The estate is nestled in the tranquil Tuscan hills, less than 10 minutes from the center of Castelfiorentino, where guests can find shops and a supermarket. The local market is held on Saturday mornings.
The property is wonderfully located, allowing guests access to some of Tuscany's most beautiful places. Just a 35-minute drive from the hilltop town of San Gimignano, 1 hour from the center of Florence, 1 hour from Siena, 1 hour and 10 minutes from Pisa with its Leaning Tower, and for "Twilight" fans, Volterra (45 minutes), a charming town with Etruscan roots, is just a short drive away.
Nearby are wonderful hiking and cycling trails that will immerse you in the woods and beautiful Tuscan countryside.
For a trendy shopping experience, the Il Leccio outlet (1 hour and 10 minutes' drive) offers a wide range of designer labels: Fendi, Etro, Gucci, and many more. Active guests will find tennis courts in Castelfiorentino (10 minutes) and a golf course at FootGolf in San Miniato (30 minutes).
Florence International Airport is just a 45-minute drive from the property, while Pisa Airport is a 1-hour drive away.
