This apartment is located on the first floor, accessed via a private internal staircase. It can accommodate up to six people, featuring three bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it an ideal retreat for relaxing with family and friends. The apartment opens into a large open-plan space featuring a kitchenette, dining area, and living room. The kitchenette is equipped with a stovetop, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, toaster, and fireplace. The dining area is furnished with a table that seats up to six, while the cozy living area features a sofa, armchair, and TV.
Outside, you can immerse yourself in the beauty of the Tuscan landscape from the furnished terrace, perfect for pleasant al fresco dining and enjoying the enchanting views. A barbecue is available for shared use with the other apartments.
Guests are kindly requested to respect the quiet from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM, in accordance with municipal regulations, under penalty of a fine. Please note that the property is equipped with a decibel detector.
