A beautiful portion of a semi-detached house, on the ground floor, recently renovated and furnished, with a private parking space just one kilometre from the beaches of Marina di Massa!
In the entrance hall, you will find the living room, with an elegant table for four people in the centre, a sofa and a Smart TV. The sleeping area consists of two identical double bedrooms (spacious wardrobe, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a fan, a mirror and a double bed in each), one of which also has a television.
The two splendid bathrooms are also identical (washbasin, toilet, bidet and shower cubicle), but one of them has a washing machine (the flat also has a drying rack, iron and ironing board).
The kitchen is equipped with every possible comfort: a hob, a large American fridge, a moka pot (for a true Italian coffee experience), an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and an electric kettle. There is a dining table with four chairs and a ceiling fan to cool your lunches and dinners.

Casa Nadia is 200 metres from the hospital in Massa-Carrara, making it an excellent base for those who need to visit the hospital or have loved ones staying there.
The nearest airport is Pisa, which is about 30 minutes away by car.
The nearest supermarket is Carrefour in Massa, a 5-minute drive (a couple of kilometres) away, located in a small shopping centre where you will find various shops if you feel like doing some shopping!
The most popular destinations in Versilia are all within easy reach! The famous Forte dei Marmi is only 15 minutes away by car, Pietrasanta is 20 minutes away, and Viareggio is 26 minutes away.
The well-known Cinque Terre (La Spezia) is an hour and a half away by car and 2 hours by train (the best way to get there).
The famous Tuscan cities of art are also within easy reach! The wonderful Lucca, with its walls surrounding the historic centre (where you can walk for free), is only a 30-minute drive from Casa Nadia. The world's most famous tourist destination for art lovers, Florence, is 1 hour and 20 minutes from Casa Nadia!
