The apartment is located in the peaceful Les Praz area on the northern side of Chamonix, known for its stunning scenery and easy access to both nature and amenities. A beautiful riverside path leads you to Chamonix town centre in around 20–25 minutes (1.7km), where you’ll find cafés, restaurants, shops and the lively buzz of the valley’s hub. A ski shuttle bus stop is just 400 metres away, giving quick access to the La Flégère cable car as well as the wider ski area. La Flégère cable car is approximately a 15 minute walk (1.4km), offering excellent access to both winter skiing and summer hiking.
Chamonix offers an exceptional range of year-round activities: winter skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing and ice skating, as well as summer hiking, biking, climbing and trail running amid spectacular scenery.
