Casa Letizia in Colico is a charming semi-detached retreat on the first floor, thoughtfully laid out to welcome up to six guests across three comfortable bedrooms. Set amid abundant greenery with sweeping mountain views, the house captures a rustic yet inviting atmosphere where sunlight pours into the living room through large windows. The living area is well furnished with comfy sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table with chairs — an ideal spot to relax or share meals with family and friends.

The owner lives alone in the adjoining property and has a separate lawn and garden; they reserve the right to use the pool occasionally.
