Alternatively, the spacious kitchen/dining room on the ground floor offers a cosy space for family mealtimes with a fireplace and a small sofa. The kitchen is fitted with a drip coffee machine, a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a fridge freezer.
Outside guests can unwind in the private garden, enjoy alfresco meals on the terrace and make use of the BBQ. There’s also space to recharge with a coffee or an aperitif on one of the terrace that extends from the bedroom on the ground floor.

Holiday Home Rozina is situated close to the Italian border in the peaceful village of Pliskovica, amid the rolling vineyards and dry-stone walls of the Karst Plateau.
The village is surrounded by several marked trails for hiking and numerous hospitable wineries. The closest hiking trail is the Pliska trail, which is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation and winds through vineyards, fields, and limestone formations. The closest wineries include Vina Oka (a 5-minute drive) and kraška klet Krstan (a 10-minute drive).
For day trips, the Lipica Stud Farm, home of the Lipizzaner horses, is a 25-minute drive, and the coastal cities of Trieste (a 25-minute drive) and Koper (a 50-minute drive) are within easy reach.
Holiday Home Rozina is also well-situated to reach the fascinating underworld of Postojna (a 40-minute drive) and the Škocjan Caves (a 30-minute drive).
