Dmitry Reviewed On: 10.08.2025 The villa itself is very remarkable, comfortable, roomy, quite well equipped.

1. Poor guest relations, sad customer experience. On the date of arrival no one contacted me. I had to write by myself to the contacts in the previously received emails. After this the details of arrivals were forwarded to me (by Deborah). No one ever asked me how was my arrival, no details of how to find anything in the house. Same about the departure. 2. AC in some bedrooms was not working or very weak 3. Some lights (half of all) on the plot were not operational, that was sad especially in the pool 4. Lower bedroom is not useable because of smell and humidity 5. The road to the house is a huge challenge. No one has told me about it, no info on the site before the booking. If I had a bigger car like SUV i would not get there 6. Lack of kettle 7. Wasps in the post box near entrance. I was bitten once while closing the gates
