The property is a 10-minute walk from the celebrated Villa Grock Clown Museum, the former residence of Adrien Wettach (Grock), one of the most famous clowns of the 20th century. The picturesque seafront, lined with terracotta-coloured buildings is a 30-minute walk / 5-minute drive. Here visitors can walk along the marina promenade filled with restaurants and bars. Visitors can also soak up the sun on one of the town’s beaches such as Libera di Borgo Peri Beach and Koko Beach (a 30-minute walk / 5-minute drive).
