The apartment is located in the charming village of Les Praz, just west of Chamonix. It enjoys excellent access to all the amenities of Chamonix, while ski buses serving all major ski areas stop nearby. The La Flégère cable car is only a 4-minute drive away.

During winter, visitors can enjoy world-class skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, sledging and ice skating. An indoor swimming pool and hammam are also available year-round.
