Consumption for heating (EUR 4.50/mc) and a tourist tax of 1 EUR/Person/Day is to be paid on the spot. Please note that tourists below the age of 16 are exempt from paying tourist tax. Location From the holiday apartment, Lido di Colico, Lake Como, a tennis court as well as various amenities to facilitate a hassle-free stay are within 5-7 minutes’ driving distance. Piazza Garibaldi, located near the town centre, is a pleasant 20-minute walk away. Here, you can enjoy soccer fields, sailing and surfing schools. Sentiero Dei Forti, which is a hike around Colico and takes one to the military forts of Forte di Fuentes and Forte Montecchio with sweeping alpine views, is at an 8-minutes’ drive from here. Meanwhile, the Abbey of Piona is located at a 20-minutes drive away, where apart from extraordinary views of Lake Como, visitors can also taste exquisite liquors made by Piona monks! The closest international airports are Milan Linate and Milan Malpensa, about a 1.5 hour’s drive from the holiday rental.
