There is an open kitchen equipped with essential appliances, including an electrical induction hob, italian moka, a microwave, and a fridge with a freezer. Additionally, the apartment is conveniently located minutes from the casino, enhancing your stay with nearby entertainment options. For self-catering, several supermarkets are within a 2-minute walk. The nearest beach is only 8 minutes away. For those who love cycling with a view of the sea, the Ponente Ligure cycle path (8 minutes) offers breathtaking scenery. Between maritime pines and beaches, the path winds along the coast for 24 km.
