Gardone’s charming lakeside promenade dotted with palm trees, gelaterias, and cafés is a 5-minute drive. Bornico is renowned for its olive oil production, and the Frantoio del Bornico (a 10-minute walk), a 19th-century olive press powered by a mountain stream, continues to produce high-quality oil from local groves.
Other nearby attractions include the hillside estate and gardens of Vittoriale degli Italiani, the former residence of the poet Gabriele D'Annunzio (a 5-minute drive). For nature lovers, Punto panoramico (a 1-minute walk) offers scenic hiking trails, and André Heller Botanical Garden is just a 6-minute drive. Families travelling with children will enjoy the Rimbalzello Adventure park (a 6-minute drive).
